The company was established through the merger with other companies and started their first Jakarta branch in 1998. The current managing director is Michael Broomell who’s been with the company since 2004. He first relocated to Jakarta in 1992 and is the longest serving expatriate at any Indonesian real estate company. Originally from the US, Mike has earned an MBA from University of Texas and held various senior management positions in different companies.
